We’re Here to Help You
Typically the shelf life of Enrico Formella brand products is 18 months if unopened. Oil based products once opened, are good for approximately 6 months as long as the product stays below the oil surface. These products can be refrigerated, but note that the oil will solidify when cold. It is best to bring the product to room temperature before using. Vinegar based products once opened, are good for approximately 3 months. These products are required to be refrigerated once opened.
In stock items will be processed during business hours, normally within a 48 hour period.
We can ship anywhere in the continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska require additional shipping, please contact customer service at office@formella.com to place an order going to this destination. Due to custom issues, unfortunately we are unable to ship outside the United States at this time.
UPS calculates the shipping rates for our products based on weight of shipment, destination and box dimensions.
We ship Monday through Friday via UPS. Most packages are sent UPS Ground. Perishable meat products will ship out only on Mondays through Wednesdays via UPS 2nd day. (Note: We will schedule your shipment to avoid sitting in a shipper’s warehouse over the weekend; so if you order on Friday with a 2-Day Air shipping option, we will hold your order until Monday so it does not spend Saturday and Sunday in an un-refrigerated warehouse). Depending on the season and destination, product cannot be expected in a frozen state. See Product FAQ’s for storage information.
We suggest picking a delivery location where you know somebody will be available, for example, his/her workplace. We cannot provide refunds for deliveries where no recipient was available.
Yes. We do ship to Military APO/FPO addresses through US Priority Mail. Postage will be calculated according to the rates of USPS. Please contact us 866-873-3200 or email us at office@formella.com.
Yes. The additional cost will depend on the weight, destination, and requested time of delivery. Arrangements can be made to expedite shipping by contacting customer service at office@formella.com.

In early May of 2019, E. The provided show services helped the Illinois Supplier gain introductions to qualified buyers and have access to post-show lead qualification from Food Export’s In-Market Representative.
...While the initial meeting took place in 2019, it was not until mid-2020 when the first order shipped. City Club chose to launch E. Formella’s Muffuletta product line in three store locations including Colima, Puebla and Puerta de Hierro, all located in Mexico’s southern region. Randy and Kathy stated “we felt a real sense of accomplishment taking this first step, especially when we received pictures of the product display from each store and learned that the product was featured in City Club’s promotional flyer City Life. We look forward to building a long-term relationship with our importer. Without Food Export programs such as Buyers Missions that bring international buyers to our region, it would be extremely challenging to make these contacts some other way.”
